Part of it was a physical challenge aspect in which he decided to run a half marathon.
Bryan Block, Philip Aspegren, and myself joined him for this historic adventure.
He finished! But as you can tell he was worn out!
I lost a friendly wager over the Nebraska Oklahoma football game the day before so I had to wear an Oklahoma t-shirt for a day. ;(

I ran with these guys the first 8 miles and then kicked it up the last 5... which is the best I could do with minimal training.
