Central DuPage Hospital to find my wife in great company with Deb. Deb
had helped Kristin get to the hospital, taken care of Joshua and made
it back to the hospital (leaving Joshua and her children with a
friend). After hours of waiting in pain for a certain medication to be
administered to Kristin we were shocked when the good Dr Heimburger
(same dr. who delivered Joshua!) showed up in our room.
He said, "Kristin your blood count has significantly dropped, this
means that blood is being released inside your body. We need to go
right into surgery."
Needless to say my anxiety alarm went off and we began immediately
moving toward surgery.
At about 9:30pm on Thursday she went into surgery. The doctor did a
laparoscoptomy (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Laparoscopy) to see what
was going on in her abdomine. He found a pint of blood had to be
siphened out before he found the problem and was able to remove it. As
it turns out we had a tubal pregnancy (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ectopic_pregnancy
) that lead to the loss of a child and extreme danger to Kristin.
1.5 hours later she was wheeled out of surgery and into the recovery
room where I was able to meet up with her again. One of the first
things she said to me was, "I feel so much better"
We are on the road to recovery. Kristin's body is healthy, but
recovering. We have passed through the ordeal, but are still
processing the emotional loss of the pregnancy.
Thank you to our friends and family whom have supported us through
this trauma. We'd especially like to thank: Dan and Deb, Gary and
Steph, Fran, and God for his provision of renewed health, quick
connections from Dallas, and strength.

We're so thankful Kristin is safe and recovering. We'll be thinking and praying for her and your family.
The entire Tyndale family walks with you through this difficult time, knowing deep down that through our tremendous grief, God is ultimately in control.
